cover all aspects of water cost reduction, from initial
bill auditing and preliminary reports, through to
site surveys, managing billing services, implementation
of tariff transfers and installation of water cost
reduction services. Typical services
covered to establish an effective level of control
and management of an organisation’s water management
costs include the following:
Watertite’s auditing
portfolio comprises a full range of services designed
to handle fast and efficient management of customer
consumption and billing data. Billing information
is passed to Watertite either by hard copy, disk or
electronically transferred, whereupon it is checked
for accuracy, sanctioned, processed and recorded on
the Watertec® water management database. If required payment
can be made on behalf of the client in accordance
with agreed criteria.
We are rapidly introducing
our customers to the benefits of electronic bill presentation. Transferring customers
to these channels enables instant electronic receipt
of the invoice and also allows for flexible digital
interaction upon receipt. We can either
prepare pre-designed management reports or customers
can download invoice information in to spreadsheets
and accountancy packages, eliminating the need for
manual data entry.
On completion of
the billing process, the information from all bills
and statements is archived into the database. This
information can then be accessed remotely from the
Watertec® Computer Centre or returned to the client
for local access. |
