 Senior Sales Executive

Location: Head Office (Croydon)

Job Description:

Our London office is seeking highly motivated and experienced sales professionals to expand its existing sales operation.

The candidate will have the ability to identify potential clients, create and maintain a database, proceeding to cold call and qualify potential clients. Having identified an opportunity, they will, if feasible, successfully negotiate sales of water management service contracts, or book an appointment to formally present the companies cost reduction services. The role will include, following up contractual offers and negotiating with customers to close orders.

CANDIDATE:

   • A resilient self-starter, with drive, commitment and ambition with a demonstrable        successful track record of at least 3 years field sales experience.
   • Experience in a telesales role, preferably in an office environment rather than a call        centre.
   • Experience in identifying sales opportunities, setting up appointments, presneting        company goods / services, and working as part of a team.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • Computer-literate.



Account Manager

CANDIDATE:
Your key responsibilities will include:

   • The on-going management and development of a portfolio of corporate accounts;
   • Work closely with dedicated internal support and operate a high-level management               position.
   • The role will entail problem solving and the provision of bespoke reports.
   • Presenting to and liaising with clients, exceeding their expectations of our service.
   • You will preferably be degree qualified and emanate from a utilities background.
   • Have a demonstrable successful track record of at least 3-5 years account management          experience.
   • Have strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills and be a fluent communicator at      all levels.
   • Relationship management skills are essential as there will be close interaction with      clients including regular visits.





Head of Marketing Strategy

Job Description:

Are you a marketer? Watertite require a professional product / sales manager with an excellent grasp of marketing theory and a track record of success in key account and mass-market B2B relationships, successfully facilitating sales of water management contracts. You will display drive, creativity, determination and enthusiasm to develop the marketing and sales campaigns for the companies many goods and services.

CANDIDATE:

Your key role will be to:

   • Produce a business development plan for water services.
   • Establish the marketing mix, planning and implementation, conducting market research,      advertising, direct marketing, and website editing, broadcasting the products via email            and uploading and optimising all the content online for Major Business' water related      services proposition.
   • Identify areas of commercial opportunity for water related propositions
   • Ensure that appropriate sales policies and service processes are in place to facilitate the       provision of products / services.
   • Liaise with senior management to develop resources and information, taking responsibility       to re-image the company to increase market share.



Data Analyst / Invoice Verification Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for supporting senior staff in the collection of invoices from suppliers and client offices and using Watertec (an in house designed, bespoke software application) complete systematic invoice verification procedures, before instructing clients to pay water / wastewater invoices.

Further to management direction, you will liaise with clients / suppliers, requesting additional data for data input, retrieval, analysis and evaluation, developing reports as you do so.

CANDIDATE:
Watertite require:

   • An ardent administrator with excellent numerical skills,
   • IT literate - proficient with Microsoft Excel and word,
