trends, Exceptions, Night Usage, Base Loads
Contract and tariff problems, and improved
purchasing.

Via regular reports
and graphs feedback is provided to the premises
being monitored, empowering local staff to
improve efficiency further.

Bill Checking: Ensuring correct payment of
utility bills including obtaining refunds
where necessary (it is claimed that 1 in
50 utility invoices contain errors).
